UX Designer (Unpaid)
Position Overview:
As the UX Designer, you will be responsible for organizing and refining our website, ensuring it is intuitive, visually engaging, and functional. You will also integrate tools such as Google Forms/Sheets for efficient data collection and processing and SEO when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Website Cleanup:
Organize and enhance the layout and navigation for better usability.
Create clean and modern designs, including tabs and pages.
Ensure the website is responsive across all devices (desktop, tablet, and mobile).
2. Data Integration:
Connect Google Forms to the website for data collection.
Link Google Sheets to collect and organize information automatically.
3. User Experience Optimization:
Improve the overall user flow and ensure visitors can easily find relevant information.
Conduct usability testing to ensure the website meets user needs.
Suggest and implement visual improvements aligned with branding.
4. Content Updates:
Optimize or organize existing content to ensure clarity and consistency.
Ensure that new and existing content is visually appealing.
5. Technical and Maintenance Support:
Ensure all features, integrations, and design elements work seamlessly.
Provide recommendations for long-term website improvements.
Time Commitment: 5-6 hours per week
Requirements:
Proven experience in UX design, particularly with Squarespace websites.
Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to organize and improve website designs.
Proficiency in integrating tools like Google Forms and Google Sheets.
Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles.
Knowledge of web design best practices and responsive design.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with data collection and organization processes is a plus.
Someone creative and detail-oriented who can bring fresh ideas to our existing website.
A self-starter who can work independently while keeping us informed throughout the process.
A UX expert who can balance aesthetics with functionality.
