Our mission

InventHER strives to narrow the leadership gap by empowering young women, particularly those from marginalized communities, with critical skills through programming, partnerships, and resources required to thrive in professional settings. Our goal is to drive and sustain the equal advancement of women in the workplace.

Our vision

Have a 30% increase of women in leadership roles across business, finance, media, and technology by 2035.

Our theory

Although women ARE equally willing and eager to pursue management roles, we believe that strengthening self-advocacy and building confidence are essential steps in overcoming the barriers they face.

While entry level is close to parity, men end up holding 62% of manager-level positions, while women hold just 38%.
