Partnership Outreach Coordinator (Unpaid)
Position Overview:
The Partnership Outreach Coordinator will focus on identifying, cultivating, and managing partnerships that enhance InventHER’s programming and support its mission. Responsibilities include researching potential partners, initiating outreach, and building relationships that offer valuable resources, knowledge-sharing, or collaboration opportunities. Working closely with the Program and Development teams, the Partnership Outreach Coordinator will secure partnerships that expand InventHER’s reach and impact. The ideal candidate is proactive, a strong communicator, and skilled in relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Research & Outreach: Identify and evaluate organizations and companies that align with InventHER’s goals. Develop targeted outreach strategies to initiate potential partnerships.
Proposal Development: Work with the Development team to craft proposals and presentations that highlight the mutual benefits of collaboration with InventHER.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations, conducting regular follow-ups and facilitating joint planning discussions.
Collaborative Program Development: Collaborate with program teams to integrate partner resources and expertise into InventHER events and initiatives.
Contract & Agreement Management: Assist in drafting partnership agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly outlined and followed.
Reporting & Impact Assessment: Monitor partnership outcomes, track partnership metrics, and compile reports on partnership success and areas for improvement.
Time Commitment: 5-6 hours per week
Requirements:
Interest in partnership development, nonprofit management, or business development, with a focus on strategic alliances.
Pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, nonprofit management, or a related discipline.
Strong networking and communication skills to engage and build relationships with partner organizations.
Ability to create professional partnership proposals and presentations that align with potential partners’ missions and values.
Experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role is preferred.
Organizational skills to manage multiple partnership relationships, proposals, and agreements effectively.
